User-Generated Content Permission

By tagging @shakas.only, using #ShareTheStoke, or otherwise submitting content to Shakas Only (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you grant Shakas Only a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, publish, display, distribute, and reproduce your content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Our website
• Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Email marketing
• Advertisements
• Digital and print materials

Content Ownership & Credit

You retain ownership of your original content.
Shakas Only will make reasonable efforts to credit the original creator when content is shared.

Content Requirements

By submitting or tagging content, you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of the content, or have permission from the creator
• You have permission from any identifiable individuals featured
• The content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights
• The content does not include unlawful, harmful, offensive, or misleading material

Right to Refuse or Remove Content

Shakas Only reserves the right to:

• Decline to repost or use any submitted content
• Remove content at any time at our discretion

We will review and address removal requests promptly.

No Compensation

By submitting content, you acknowledge that you will not receive compensation or payment for the use of your content.
