🛒 ORDERS

Did my order go through?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at support@shakasonly.com
and we’ll do our best to help.

Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, inventory limits, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you’ll be notified by email.


🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes 🌍 We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, WooCommerce will automatically email you tracking details.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If there’s an issue, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim where possible.


📦 RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

How do I start a return?
Email support@shakasonly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with next steps.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Do you offer exchanges?
To ensure fast fulfillment, we do not process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
